These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fortes Store website and the purchase of any products from our online store. By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it — for example, if a product is out of stock, a pricing error is found, or the order is flagged for fraud. Where we cannot fulfil an accepted, paid order, we will refund you.
Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay, which supports cards, UPI, net banking and other methods it makes available. By placing an order you authorise us and Razorpay to charge the total order amount to your chosen payment method. Your payment credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored on our servers. Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully authorised.
Delivery timelines shown are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our reasonable control.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return / Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay.
All content on this store — including logos, text, images and designs — is owned by or licensed to Fortes Store and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the store, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortes Store shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at our registered location.
